Step 1: Make the focaccia pizza dough.
Step 2: Make ultimate spinach artichoke dip. For an even simpler recipe, you could make 3 ingredient creamed spinach.
Step 3: Once the focaccia dough has finished its second proof, spread the dip gently on top of the dough. I used about 3/4 of the dip and saved the rest for a snack.
Step 4: Sprinkle with grated mozzarella and bake at 550 degrees for 10-12 minutes, until dough rises and cheese is golden.
